You can also upload your Electronic Press Kit (Optional) making it easy to communicate and promote your music. Length Your track should typically be 2–4 minutes long. If your track is longer, you can create a radio edit version. Quality Your track should be high-quality. Poor quality recordings will not meet our broadcast standards. Metadata You are to provide accurate, comprehensive metadata information about your track. Format Track format should be high-resolution WAV file (minimum 24-bit/48kHz). If the file is MP3 the bit rate should be at minimum 320kbps. Available for Download Your track must be available for download via Apple Music. Our Feedback Mechanism Your track, if accepted for airplay, is one that we believe provides our audience with high-quality, professionally produced music. We want to help with Artists growth and provide constructive feedback on why your submission may not have been accepted. Helping you improve for future submissions is the goal. Terms and Conditions Non-Paid Radio Play Contract By submitting your music, you (the artist) agree to grant B103 Radio (the radio station) the right to play your music on air, on the radio station's website, and in promotional materials related to the radio station without any monetary compensation. This agreement is retractable at any time by contacting the radio station directly. You retain all ownership rights to your music. This agreement only grants the radio station a license to play your music as specified. You confirm that you have the legal right to submit the music and that its use by the radio station will not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold the radio station harmless from any claims arising from the use of your submitted music. By submitting your music, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
