Platform Role and Responsibilities

RhetoricSound provides a platform to facilitate the submission and management of music tracks from artists to radio stations. Our role is strictly limited to providing the digital space for these interactions. We do not get involved in the contractual agreements between artists and radio stations.

Artist and Radio Station Agreements

Artists may be required to agree to specific terms provided by radio stations when submitting their music. RhetoricSound is not responsible for the content of these agreements. Radio stations may present terms and conditions that artists must agree to for their music to be considered. RhetoricSound does not endorse, modify, or hold responsibility for these terms.

Contract Facilitation

RhetoricSound's responsibilities regarding contracts between artists and radio stations are as follows:

• Presentation of Contract: We present the contract terms provided by the radio stations to the artists.
• Collection of Signatures: We collect digital signatures from artists, along with the timestamp and IP address at the time of signing.
• Storage: We securely store the signed contracts, including the timestamp and IP information, for future reference.
