Upload Your Music

By submitting your music, you (the artist) agree to grant the radio station the right to play your music on air, on the station's website, and in promotional materials related to the station without any monetary compensation. This agreement is retractable at any time by contacting the radio station directly. You retain all ownership rights to your music. This agreement only grants the radio station a license to play your music as specified. You confirm that you have the legal right to submit the music and that its use by the radio station will not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold the radio station harmless from any claims arising from the use of your submitted music. The only payment for your music occurs from SX, ASCAP and BMI reporting. ISRC numbers must be embedded into the file to receive royalty payments We also ask (not required) that any album artwork also be embedded into the MP3 file.
